Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are calculated on check out. We have a pick-up from Store option available on our website where you can assign your own porter for your order pick-up. We want our customers to be happy & satisfied therefore, we do not have higher shipping rates.

 

We would like to inform you about our delivery policies. Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 Business working days, cash on delivery (COD) orders are not available right now. if an order is undelivered after three attempts, then order will return back to us. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Outside India as we have a third-party delivery partner for it. We have reasonable shipping rates only according to the sizes or weight of the order and distance from the origin.

Important Note

For the ease of delivery and to ensure the product is not damaged, some boxes delivered are unfolded/flat for the customers. Please contact the team if you face any issue while folding them.

 

Important Information

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a notification with the tracking details so you know when to expect it. You may receive parts of your order at different times, as they are dispatched from various locations and each product may have a different shipping time.

We will try to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from when the amount is remitted to us, however, estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Made to Order Products may take up to 10-12 Days.

 

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched to the address provided by you at the time of your order placement. All orders require a contact number and signature upon receipt and will not be delivered without the same.

 

 

Return Policy

We do accept only Defective item returns from our end. If the product you have received is broken or incorrect then we are extremely sorry!  In such cases, client has to make parcel opening video and share with us on our Complaint WhatsApp No 9211569365, after our team verify the damage or wrong product received , the customer has to ship the product to our head office and we will do an exchange for the same. Remaining balance if exist, to be paid by the customer. We do not have any refund policy, in extreme cases if any refund, we will provide a Code of the same amount that can be used at any time.

The refund will be processed after we receives the product and does the quality check at headquarters. Used pieces will not be accepted in case of any damages and can only be accepted by us in original packaging.

 

Any damages caused by third party transportation are not refunded by the company.  In extreme cases, if the company has to initiate a reverse pickup reverse shipping charges for an exchange would be Rs.150/- in Delhi and Rs.250/- Outside Delhi.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. We are also unable to redirect orders from the shipping warehouse once the parcel has been dispatched for its aforementioned destination. Please email or call us if you want to cancel your order, we will surely help you out.

If the order is delivered to the customer and customer states that they have not received the delivery, in such cases we will ask the courier to provide POD (proof of delivery) if we get the POD signed from same address, then no Refund will be provided.

 

Product Disclaimer

Please note minor imperfections may exist due to the nature of the product. Slight variations are inherent in the manufacturing of such products and should be expected.

Due to the many variations in computers, smartphones and browsers, colors may appear different on different electronic screens. As a result, slight shade variance between the product images on the website and the product should be expected.

 

Order Delays

An apology in advance for those who have received their orders delayed. We try hard to reduce lead times and avoid delays, which we try and advise customers in advance for or as and when they arise. If you’ve been waiting longer than you should have and you haven’t heard from us, please contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours of your complaint.
You will receive your order status through emails, WhatsApp.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment from our team. This will then be followed up by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping, this email may be from our Payment Gateway. In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information that will help smoothen out the problem.
